We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and school policies.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
Support in budgeting, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
2 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
