• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and school policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
• Support in budgeting, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors when necessary.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
