Asset Valuation & Property Management Expert at Greymond City Shelter Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation, condition assessment, and registry of institutional properties.
• Analyze asset depreciation, market benchmarks, and prepare valuation reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 13, RICS, and other valuation standards.

Requirements

• Registered Estate Surveyor & Valuer (NIESV)
• Minimum 10 years’ valuation experience across government or large portfolios
• Strong understanding of geo-mapping, digital twins, and title audit processes
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
