    Procurement & Compliance Advisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide legal and regulatory advice related to project procurement and contracting.
    • Ensure full compliance with BPP, PENCOM, ITF, and NSITF guidelines.
    • Draft and review legal agreements, due diligence reports, and bid documents.

    Requirements

    • LLB / BL qualification with 8+ years' legal experience.
    • Strong background in procurement law and compliance auditing.
    • Experience supporting public sector tenders and federal bid submissions.

    Key Responsibilities
