Asset & Liability Manager

Our client, an asset management company in Lagos, is urgently seeking an Asset & Liability Manager (ALM) to support the Trading Desk through effective balance-sheet management, liquidity optimization, and risk mitigation that enhances overall profitability.

Requirements:
- 7–10 years’ experience in ALM, Treasury, or Balance Sheet Management (asset management/investment banking/capital markets preferred).
- Strong expertise in liquidity management, interest-rate risk, and trading desk operations.
- Proven track record managing complex ALM strategies in fast-paced environment
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc) and certifications such ICAN is an advantage.
