Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Art Director specializing in Video Editing, Animations, and Motion Graphics to join our creative team. This role focuses on crafting visually compelling video content, motion graphics, and animations that elevate our brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, an excellent sense of pacing and composition, and proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality video content and motion graphics across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual storytelling through video and animation.
• Oversee the end-to-end video production process, from storyboarding and scripting to editing and final delivery.
• Create visually striking motion graphics for advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and internal projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video and animation projects.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and the marketing team to align video content with strategic goals.
• Direct and guide junior designers, editors, and freelancers as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, motion graphics, and digital content.
• Optimize video content for different platforms, including social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with 2D/3D animation and motion design.
• Ability to create high-quality video content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of sound design and music selection is a plus.
• Experience with augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) content creation is a bonus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for video-based digital experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills.
