Area Sales Manager at Golden Oil Industries Limited

We are looking for Area Sales Manager with wide range of experience in edible oil and deliver the area monthly volume and value target.

Details

1. Manage your area to deliver monthly target set for your area.
2. Ensure Area performance growth in Volume.
3. Ensure distributors performance growth in Volume.
4. Ensure range selling to distributors/channel partners.
5. Establish, maintain and expand your customer base in the defined coverage territory/channel.
6. Ensure proper management of distributors / channel partner account(s).
7. Ensure zero debt ratios in all dealings.
8. Communicate monthly target / objective to distributors/channel partners in coverage 
9. Drive Sales to achieve volume and value objectives in territory defined via relevant stakeholders.
10. Ensure effective coverage of wholesale, retail outlets and/or specialized channels in your area.
11. Establish, maintain and expand outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly.
12. Drive effectively execute Sales in outlets within coverage area
13. Ensure close monitoring of distributors stocks and achieve zero incidence of product expiry.
14. Ensure that FIFO principle is strictly adhered to in all customer outlets in your area.
15. Ensure that products are stored properly in approved warehouse/stores and at the right stack
16. level. Such that products are not exposed to elements that will jeopardize quality standards.

Requirements

1. Bsc in Marketing or related field.
2. 5+ years experience in any edible oil producing company
3. Excellent communication skills(including written, oral and presentation skills)
4. Attention to details
5. Strong problem solving& analytical skills
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
