JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Keeping abreast with emerging media technologies, particularly design programs
• Maintaining accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications and project correspondence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development.
• Assist in updating the company’s catalogue and brochures.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years Project design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe creative suites.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering softwares.
• Transparent and high integrity leadership
• Skills to collaborate and motivate the workforce towards optimizing their productivity
• Solid hands-on, budget management skills, including quotes/project budget preparation management, analysis, decision making and reporting.
