• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring projects to life.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Supervise construction progress and provide technical guidance.
• Incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions into designs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture.
• Professional certification: COREN/ARCON registration is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in architectural design and project management.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Personal qualities: Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork skills
