Responsibilities:
- Review architectural design submissions to ensure compliance with the company’s planning regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Analyse proposed designs for functionality, sustainability, aesthetics, and feasibility within the context of the company’s master plan.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to architects and designers to enhance the quality and compliance of architectural proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field; master’s degree preferred
- Professional certification or licensure as an architect.
- Proven experience (10 years) working in architectural design, urban planning, or related roles, preferably within the real estate development industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
