Key Responsibilities
Architectural Responsibilities:

• Support design development, drawings, and project documentation.
• Assist with project coordination, site follow-ups, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building standards and regulations.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives.
• Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 4 years’ professional experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to senior or high-level executives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
