About the Job

• We are currently seeking a skilled professional Architect. The ideal candidate should be proficient in producing detailed construction drawings and have a strong skill set in the latest architectural software applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce detailed architectural construction drawings and documents using the latest software applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative design solutions and ensure that designs meet project specifications and codes.
• Review and analyze design drawings, sketches, and project documentation to identify and resolve potential design issues.
• Monitor project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design documents.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the drafting process.
• Participate in design review meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Create design concepts and sketches using hand-drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, models, and renderings using the latest design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Utilize the latest architectural software applications to create high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, drafting and detailing.
• Proficiency in the latest architectural software applications, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
