Architect at Craneburg Construction

Role Information

• The Architect will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations redevelopment, designing buildings to create unique and well-organised structures, up to finishing and changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, etc.
• Architects will work with engineers, electricians and building contractors to ensure that their designs are safe, functional and meet construction requirements.

Responsibilities
A summary of the role’s responsibilities is as follows:

• To support the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
• Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.
• Creating work models and modelling for space.
• Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.
• Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
• Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Experience in building designs and finished works.
• Strong team player.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good Architectural presentation skills.
• Strong technical design skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal issues associated with the construction industry.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Very good attention to details.
