Civil Engineer at DET Consulting Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction projects and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assess construction materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and engineering practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years\' relevant experience, preferably in real estate or building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, and project supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• COREN registration or eligibility is an advantage.
