Architect at Branda

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts and detailed design drawings.
• Produce professional 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with engineers, builders and other project teams.
• Develop functional space plans and interior layouts.
• Prepare material specifications and cost-conscious design proposals.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building and safety requirements.
• Oversee design implementation during construction.
• Attend virtual and physical client/project meetings.
• Maintain proper project documentation and design revisions.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Architecture or a related field.
• 2-5 years relevant experience in architectural or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software.
• Strong spatial planning and interior layout skills.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate structural and MEP requirements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, including site visits.
• Strong accountability and time-management skills.
