Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design process, from concept development to project completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, translate them into creative designs, and deliver tailored architectural solutions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s design services, projects, and achievements.
• Actively engage in business development by identifying new opportunities, networking with potential clients, and representing the firm at industry events.
• Prepare compelling presentations, portfolios, and marketing materials to showcase the firm's work to prospective clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with architectural trends and innovations to incorporate cutting-edge design and marketing ideas into projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven experience in marketing or business development within the architecture or design industry.
• Proficiency in design software (Revit).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design trends, and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts and marketing strategies effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
