Job Summary

The Architect is responsible for designing building plans, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring construction projects comply with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed building designs for real estate projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with building codes and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other consultants on project designs.
• Provide architectural guidance during project planning and development.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved architectural drawings.
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements or site conditions.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of architectural drawings and revisions.
• Assist in preparing drawings and layouts for regulatory approvals.
• Support the project team in resolving design-related issues during construction.
• Ensure materials and finishes used align with the architectural design.
• Participate in project meetings and provide design updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Professional certification with ARCON is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in architectural design or construction projects.
