Analyst / Product Designer at Alliance Consulting

Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Analyst, Product Designer to join our Solutions Delivery team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business objectives and enhance product usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into seamless and scalable digital product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyse user feedback and product performance metrics to improve user experience.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency across digital products and platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and usability testing activities.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.

Professional Qualification:

• Professional certification in UX/UI Design is required.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
