Job Summary

Monitoring all Land Development machineries for efficient operation to meet up planting schedule.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure correct machine & Implement for Land Development & make request of the machines as required.
• Monitor & Improve implementation for better efficiency.
• Liaise with HTMS for better Agric fleet & relate with the Land Development Manager for Daily plan.
• Ensure timely completion of Land preparation.
• Management of Operators handling the machines.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Shall hold the minimum of B.Sc. Agricultural Engineering.
• Any relevant Professional Certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-6 Years in Farm Machinery Management
