Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the card aggregator manager will be to oversee all aggregators under his supervision and achieve the sales goal for the instant card aggregator business model.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the aggregators under your care and respond to issues & queries when needed.
Reactivate inactive aggregators by providing necessary support to these aggregators where needed.
Call inactive agents under the aggregators that are yet to either purchase the instant card or activate the cards in their stock, sensitize them as regards the process and ensure these agents are reactivated.
Attaining monthly/quarterly sales & transaction objectives
Driving business efficiency and sales by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance wherever possible.
Build strong and collaborative relationships with the aggregators.
Organizing data and generating deep agent insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecast.
Requirements.
B.SC / HND in Business Administration, Marketing and any related course.
Minimum 2 years as a BDE in Agency Banking firm or Direct Sales Executive in a Commercial Banks
Previous achievement in the field sales / Business Development
Previous achievement / results driving adoption of financial products by customers
Must have prior experience managing a small or medium sized team.
