Agent, Large Language Models (LLM) at Hugo Technologies

Job Description

• Hugo is seeking highly structured agents for its machine learning team to help build the next generation of Al-driven products.
• A self-starter, your day-to-day functions will include supporting data labeling and answering detailed questions in a variety of disciplines to improve training datasets that aim to deliver a superior Al product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train generative Al models by answering a set of "prompts" or questions in a specific area of knowledge (philosophy, mathematics, art, medical sciences, etc. - please note you do not need to be an expert in multiple areas of expertise but it helps the process if you know at least one area relatively well). Questions may look like: hugo
  • What are some of the impacts of climate change on pastoral communities across Africa?
  • What is the area of a field that is 105 meters by 68 meters?
• Communicate the LLM project progress and timeline to the project manager, speedy identification and resolution of any issues that affect your individual ability to respond to prompts.
• Provide feedback to optimize answering of prompts and improvement of processes and tools.
• Update tasks in proprietary tracking software with appropriate detail to determine your progress.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in artificial intelligence & large language models.
