Role Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetician to provide high-quality skincare treatments and beauty services that promote overall skin health and wellness. 
• The ideal candidate will be experienced in a range of aesthetic procedures and committed to delivering exceptional client care in a clinical or wellness-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, peels, exfoliation, and extractions
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatment plans and products
• Perform waxing, threading, and other non-invasive hair removal techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and treatment areas
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines
• Support clinic operations by maintaining inventory and booking schedules
• Collaborate with medical or wellness teams to ensure holistic client care

Job-Person Specification

• Education/Certifications: Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy or other advanced skincare treatments
• Experience: 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in aesthetic and skincare services in a spa or clinical setting
• Functional Competencies: Skilled in facial and body treatments, client consultation, and product knowledge
• Behavioral Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and a passion for skincare and wellness
