Administrative Supervisor at Rainbow Educational Services Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and distribution of material resources (uniforms, books, stationery, toiletries) for smooth school operations.
• Oversee maintenance and well‑being of school infrastructure, materials, and equipment; maintain inventory for accountability.
• Supervise all hygiene staff (cleaners), gardeners, cooks, and related matters in collaboration with the HR Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness inside and outside the school premises and classrooms.
• Manage all communication systems.
• Ensure timely settlement of bills.
• Create and update the school’s asset register.
• Verify and vet supplier and contractor claims.
• Supervise all activities in the Administration Department (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Conduct monthly stock‑taking and report to the Principal and Executive Director.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. or HND in any Social Science discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of administration and CRM‑related experience.
• Highest level of integrity, excellence, and creativity.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication with co‑workers, vendors, and clients.
• Attention to detail.
