Job Summary

• We are seeking a Male Admin Officer with strong accounting and social media management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be versatile, detail-oriented, and able to handle both administrative and digital tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office support
• Handle bookkeeping, financial records, and expense reporting
• Assist with budget preparation and ensure accuracy in accounting tasks
• Create and manage engaging content for the company’s social media platforms
• Track social media performance and suggest growth strategies
• Support management with reporting, scheduling, and correspondence

Requirements

• Male applicant only
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration and accounting
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting software/tools
• Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Must be proactive, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
