Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced administrative officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our flower company, including managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and appointments for executives and other staff members
• Organize and maintain paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and other documents
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
