The candidate should have a 3-year experience working in a similar position in a reputable organization. He or she must have good organizational, communication (oral and written) and inter-personal skills. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft MS words, excel and PowerPoint. Candidate should have a good sense of dressing. Candidate must possess certification in office administration.
Core responsibilities will include the following: Manage office supplies stock, prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, maintain and update school databases, organize a filing system for important and confidential school documents, provide administrative support to employees and clients, update office policies as needed, maintain the school calendar and schedule appointments, schedule meeting as required.
