About the Role:

• One & Only Health Centre is seeking a proactive and creative Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our daily operations and brand growth. You’ll assist with administrative tasks, staff coordination, marketing research, and content planning for our luxury medical spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative duties and staff coordination
• Draft and organize documents, reports, and emails
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy
• Assist in content creation, branding, and marketing ideas
• Support campaign planning, social media updates, and client communication
• Maintain organized digital files and records

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Creative thinker with an understanding of marketing and branding
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries
• Familiarity with social media management and digital tools
