    Administrative Coordinator

    About the job

    • We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
    • The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
    • This individual will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

    Responsibilities 

    •  Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
    •  Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room bookings.
    •  Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
    •  Maintain accurate records, databases, and files.
    •  Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for staff when necessary.Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and assist in the organization of meetings and events.
    •  Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
    •  Organize and manage physical and electronic documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
    •  Assist in tracking and managing departmental budgets.
    •  Generate and compile reports as required by management.
    •  Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor's degree preferred in business Administration or any real fields.
    •  Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
    •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ).
    •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    •  Attention to detail and accuracy.
    •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    •  Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    •  Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
