    Administrative Assistant / Secretary

    Job Description

    • Organize Schedules For The MD/CEO
    • Attends Crucial Meetings And Keeps Minutes
    • Maintains Company’s Electronic Filing system
    • Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Receiving phone calls
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacement
    • Compose correspondence and routing reports
    • Manages travel arrangements and itineraries of staff
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Responses to mails
    • Undertake occasional receptionist duties
    • Arrange customer, client related events and activities
    • Perform all secretarial duties
    • Manage the staff database
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
