    Administrative Assistant

    Description

    • Provide administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
    • Schedule management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team or individual.
    • Record and document management: Maintain files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
    • Communication handling: Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence with professionalism.
    • Meeting coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Document preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Office tasks: Assist with office tasks like ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
    • Confidentiality and discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
    • Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
    • Team collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and provide support.
    • The position is open for Females.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
