Admin Officer at Victory Empowerment Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations: Manage daily office logistics, oversee facilities maintenance, and serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, landlords, and tech support.
• Supply Inventory: Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies, stationery, and kitchen inventory while staying within the allocated monthly budget.
• Documentation & Filing: Manage physical and digital corporate records, handle incoming mail/couriers, and draft official company correspondence or memos.
• Event & Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics (flights, hotel bookings, transport) for team members and assist in planning internal company meetings or client visits.
• Financial Admin: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, manage office petty cash, and process expense reports or utility invoices for approval.
