Autochek is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to lead and streamline our administrative operations. This is a critical role that ensures our offices, facilities, and support services run seamlessly across all locations.
As Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring efficiency across functions.
Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance reviews.
Coordinating travel logistics including flights, visas, accommodation, and local transportation.
Supervising company drivers, vehicles, and logistics operations.
Managing facilities to ensure clean, safe, and functional work environments.
Implementing effective inventory, procurement, and payment management systems.
Leading, mentoring, and managing the admin support team.
Driving cost savings, efficiency, and compliance in all administrative processes.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in administration, operations, or office management, ideally in a multi-location environment
Strong vendor management and procurement experience
Excellent organizational, leadership, and people management skills
Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements
Experience using administrative or procurement systems.
