Admin/HR Manager at Airwater Cargo Services Limited

Position Overview:

• The Admin/HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and human resources functions within the company. This role will be responsible for office management, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with labor law, regulations and company policies
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees
• Understand their job responsibilities
• Implement performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Coordinate all administrative activities 

Requirements:

• Bsc or Hnd in any management related field
• Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI
• 5 years cognate experience in HR

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in HR software
