    Admin Associate

    Salary:  ₦  150,000- ₦200,000 

    Job Overview:  

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of educational programs, workshops, and events. This position supports both logistical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of events and educational initiatives. The associate works closely with internal teams, external partners, and participants to uphold the organization\'s quality standards and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in filling student application forms and uploading documents to school and visa portals.
    • Track admission processes and update student progress sheets.
    • Schedule appointments (school interviews, VFS biometrics, visa application support).
    • Research scholarship opportunities and admission requirements for various institutions.
    • Draft and schedule emails, student guides, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
    • Manage digital records and ensure all student files are updated and backed up.
    • Support during webinars, virtual events, and university fairs.
    • Create and manage event timelines, task trackers, and vendor communications.
    • Assist in sourcing and coordinating with vendors, decorators, and stylists.
    • Help with behind-the-scenes logistics: materials sourcing, packing event kits, and pre-event errands.
    • Maintain inventory of event props, décor, stationery, and tools.
    • Ensure all items used for events are tracked, labelled, and returned.
    • Provide on-site support during events: setup assistance, guest coordination, styling touch-ups.
    • Assist with aesthetic and functional execution of event space design under CEO\'s direction.
    • Capture behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) for post-event marketing
    • Maintain calendar and appointment schedules for the founder.
    • Draft and respond to routine communications professionally.
    • Coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, venue visits).
    • Handle errands, orders, and delivery coordination.
    • Prepare meeting notes, presentation decks, and Canva templates when needed.
    • Ensure all processes and tasks are documented and organized.

    Requirements: 

    •  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, and basic inventory tracking sheets.
    • Attention to detail and a creative eye (especially for event aesthetics).
    • Availability for weekend and on-site event support as needed.
    • Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools.
    • Experience in student advisory support or client relations.
    • Familiarity with luxury branding, decor styling, or inventory management.
