Summary

• Responsible for carrying out field address verification assignments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in line with SycamoreNG’s operational standards.
• The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to ride a motorcycle safely, and strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical address verification for clients and partners.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports on findings.
• Maintain proper documentation and record of completed verifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the operations team.
• Comply with all traffic rules, company safety regulations, and procedures.
• Support other logistics-related activities as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.
• Must possess a valid rider’s permit/license.
• Effective communication (oral and written)
• Ability to use a smartphone and relevant applications.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and environments.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in reporting.
• Must be reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
