Job description
- Manage and respond to incoming phone calls
- Document processes and escalate customer complaints
- Maintain positive customer experiences
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND/ OND
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
