    Customer Support(Adhoc Staff) is needed for immediate employment! 
    Job description

    • Manage and respond to  incoming phone calls 
    • Document processes and escalate customer complaints
    • Maintain positive customer experiences
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND/ OND
    • Good oral & written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
