Accounting Services Associate at Doc Advisory

QUALIFICATION: ACA/ACCA is Mandatory

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 YEARS

AGE LIMIT: 35 years

Candidate must possess great communication skills and have a good command of all Microsoft office suite and other professional accounting software.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Compiling and analysing financial data for the preparation of financial statements, management control and accounting reports in compliance with relevant and applicable accounting standards and regulations, e.t.c, at agreed intervals.
• Ownership of the financial reporting functions by using Accounting software package developed by the Firm and its clients.
• Ownership of all management accounting functions, including preparation of a full set of management accounts and reports, development, and application of the cash flows management using the Company’s and client’s accounting packages, Microsoft excel, and any other suitable software;
• Organising and leading ownership of Management Performance Review (MPR) meeting at regular intervals and at the end of the year.
• Performing appropriate review of clients current chart of accounts for efficiency and recommendation of adjustments where necessary
• Ensuring the existence, accuracy, and completeness of all accounts, journal and entries.
• Reviewing transactions uploaded on accounting software before the posting;
• Monitoring  and evaluating the financial performance of the clients business; and
• Carrying out the other related tasks, as may be assigned by Management
