Accounting Manager (IT Infrastructure) at Dunn & Braxton

• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical accounting background, capable of managing financial tasks, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful analysis to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of all financial statements, including the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows, in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present detailed financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead the end-to-end corporate tax filing process, ensuring full compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Supervise all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Drive efficiency through the optimization of accounting workflows and the implementation of best practices.
• Manage complex multi-currency transactions and facilitate the consolidation of multiple company financials.
• Serve as a key liaison between the accounting department and other business units, providing financial guidance and support.
• Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to long-term financial planning.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proven expertise in financial statement preparation and corporate tax filing.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP/accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization effectively.
