As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the clinic’s financial operations, including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
You will ensure accuracy in financial records, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and support effective financial management within the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of patient and service payments
Handle accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely financial documentation
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Maintain up-to-date records and support audit processes.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
3 – 5 years accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or service industry
Strong experience in billing, invoicing, and handling accounts payable/receivable
ICAN certification is mandatory
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
