Accountant (Lagos) at Smart Energies (Formaly - Smart Gas NG)

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and financial foreeasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a relate
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
