Coordinate the activities of the finance and account unit.
Manage financial audits and tax compliance.
Work with management to raise and manage funds for project execution.
Manage cash flow and liquidity for effective project execution.
Ensure accuracy of records and prepare financial statements and reports.
Develop and manage annual budgeting, forecasting processes, and compliance.
Monitor financial performance and analyze variances in budget.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
Provide financial guidance to the management for informed decision-making.
Requirements
B.Sc in Accounting or Finance.
MBA or ICAN compulsory.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
Not more than 35 years of age.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and commercial acumen
Excellent communication (speaking, listening, and writing)
Excellent planning and highly organized.
A self-starter, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITHOUT SUPERVISION
Proficient with MS Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Good understanding and experience with systems of control
Strong analytical skills include the ability to spot, assess, and address risk, materiality, and interdependencies and translate it into impact analysis for financial reporting and recommendations for improvement
Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
