Job Description

• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Auditing and analyzing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Carrying out regular bank account reconciliations

Qualification / Requirements

• Must have B.Sc or its equivalent as educational qualification
• 1 - 2 years work experience
• Experience in the real estate sector as an Accountant
• Should have or be pursuing other accounting certifications
• Should have some understanding of finance and be able to provide some advisory as regards the company’s finances
• Should be able to prepare accounts and tax returns
• Should be able to ensure financial records comply with laws and regulations.
• Age: 25 - 37 years.

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.
