Accountant / Executive Assistant at Yardoak

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Maintain an updated general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and highlight variances to management.
• Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with the inventory and procurement team to ensure accurate financial tracking of stock purchases and usage.
• Assist in the financial reconciliation of stock levels with accounting records.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.
