Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the company's overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide financial insights.

Qualifications

• HND or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
