JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing of management account, cash flow for client and office using sage evolution software. Example are Trivest , Abalabi Transport and Deinde Odusanya & co. etc. These clients maintain incomplete records which needed to be regulated with the use of sage
• You are required to monitor and evaluate the financial performance of all profit Centre in the organization such as: Assurance services, Professional services, Transaction Advisory. This will be the basics on which each of these units would be accessed.  
• You are to work closely with the assurance team to input financial data into Sage to generate reports. 
• Creation of E-mails for new staff and removal of exit staff
• Web page management e.g. Publishing of news letter
• Access control management: you are required to manage the staff records on the access control and generate reports at the end of the month.
• Assist the administrative team in backups and restoration.
• Coordinating the activities of the action plan in every meeting
• Giving proper training and arranging seminars for the trainee.
• compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts

Qualification

• Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant
