Accountant at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Accounts Management: Manage all accounts payable (invoices, timely payments) and accounts receivable (guest billing, follow-ups, collections).
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, and monitor expenditures to identify cost savings.
• Revenue & Expense Tracking: Record daily transactions, process payments, track all hotel costs, and manage payroll.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations; implement internal controls to prevent fraud.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and hotel accounts accurately.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insights to management for strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
