Our client, a Real Estate company, is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong administrative skills to manage financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and oversee administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will handle financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting general office administration and coordination.
Scope of Work
Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, and general ledger entries.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to aid business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts for strategic planning.
Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee payment records.
Coordinate and provide documentation for audits.
Manage administrative duties such as office coordination, record-keeping, and supporting team operations.
Track and report real estate-related financial data, including property expenses and rental income.
Key Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Accounting or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience, including exposure to administrative tasks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
