Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and support the company’s accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Monitor company income and expenses
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
• Manage invoices, payments, and receipts
• Process staff payroll and maintain payroll records
• Calculate and remit PAYE tax and other statutory deductions
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of PAYE tax, payroll processing, and statutory deductions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
