Account Officer at Global Oneword Healthcare Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting books regularly
• Record daily financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and invoices.
• Reconciling stock utilization.
• Track incoming payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Provide necessary financial documents and explanations during internal or external audits.
• Input and manage financial data using accounting software such as Tally Prime.
• Manage and monitor petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation
• Preparing budget forecasts.
• Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate actions.
• Generation of report with accounting software.
• Ensure efficient filing system - all documents are appropriately filed, all files are indexed and properly arranged.
• Assist the finance department with other accounting and administrative tasks as required..

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field.
• Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in the use of accounting software is required.
• Candidates residing around Surulere, Orile, Mile 2, Ijesha or Ago will have an added advantage.
