Account Officer at Divine AG Solutions Limited

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper account reconciliation.
• Monthly pension and LIRS remittance.
• Ensure accurate stock count and reconciliation on weekly basis.
• Monitoring of multiple warehouse movement / posting.
• Track record of expenses, reconcile to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare required reports.
• Regular follow-up on debts status and recovery.
• Analise debt aging.
• Analise sales performance of customers and reps.
• Follow up with reps’ sales activities to ensure they comply with company policies.
• Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow.

Requirements

• Should have a B.Sc / HND in Accounting.
• Candidate should have between 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position.
• A male candidate is prefered for gender balance
• Candidate should reside in mainland

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
