Account Officer at Deborah Multi-specialist Hospital & Diagnostics

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
• Maintain financial records
• Handle accounting-related jobs issues. Payables and receivables 
• Contact clients about transactions and invoices
• Handle general account-related queries.
• Inventory collation and documentation.
• Check invoices for inaccuracies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of NCE or OND in Accounting or other related field.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in a hospital.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detailed and accuracy-orientated with excellent organizational skills.
• Must be trustworthy, and reliable and have effective communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, etc.
